message

Hi, I am Muskan Agarwal, an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist (Associate). My clinical journey has involved working with children, adolescents, and young adults across diverse settings. Through these experiences, I have come to appreciate that every individual's story is unique, and so is their journey toward healing and growth.

I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where individuals feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I view therapy as a collaborative process that fosters self-understanding, resilience, and meaningful change.

My work is rooted in a client-centered and evidence-based approach, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Supportive Psychotherapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and relaxation-based interventions. I also integrate techniques from other therapeutic modalities based on each individual’s unique needs and goals.

I have experience working with individuals presenting with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, adjustment issues, substance use disorders, and severe mental health conditions such as schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders.

Psychological assessment is another area of my clinical interest. I am trained in administering and interpreting a range of psychological assessments, including personality measures such as the Rorschach Inkblot Test, TAT, 16PF, and MCMI, along with intelligence, neuropsychological, behavioral, and developmental assessments.

Above all, I believe that seeking help is an act of courage, and I am committed to supporting individuals with empathy, authenticity, and respect throughout their therapeutic journey.
